Other subdivisions with luxury homes in close proximity to Rush include Tanglewood, Bobalet Heights, Cain Terrace, and Dunhaven all located just south of Rush on the other side of 19th Street.  Whisperwood subdivision north of 4th Street also has a few homes in the Luxury market.  Building in Rushland Park began in the 1970’s and homes are unique and custom built by a variety of builders.  The majority of homes are in the two hundred thousand to one million dollar price range.
